Shipping Information
Orders typically ship within 2 business days. However, please be aware that delays may occur, especially during holidays or product launches.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses. If your order is returned because of an incorrect address, you will incur an additional shipping charge to resend the package.
Free Domestic Shipping
Enjoy Free Domestic Shipping on all orders over $250.
International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS to most countries (excluding Russia, Belarus, Cuba, and North Korea). Please note that customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties. If you encounter any delivery issues, you must communicate directly with the courier. While most international packages arrive without issues, delays can happen.
Returns Policy
Due to the limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final except for apparel. If you receive an item that doesn't fit, please contact us at cs@valfre.com within 2 business days of receiving your order. Exchange requests after that will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
Broken / Defective items
If you receive an item that is broken, please contact us at cs@valfre.com within 2 business days of receiving your order. Issues reported after that will no be available for exchange. We will require photos of the damage and will arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer available, we will issue store credit for the amount of your order, including shipping fees.
