Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days. However, processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or new product launches. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $250 USD.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS, except to the following countries:
• Russia
• Belarus
• Cuba
• North Korea
Important Notes:
• International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by their country.
• Delivery times may vary and are subject to customs processing and carrier delays beyond our control.
• For delivery issues occurring during transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly whenever possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final except where required by applicable law and as expressly stated in this policy.
APPAREL EXCHANGES
Apparel items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if they do not fit.
To request an exchange:
• Email cs@valfre.com within 2 business days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and details regarding the requested exchange.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
EU / EEA / UK RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by emailing cs@valfre.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal.
Returned items must be returned in their original condition. Customers may inspect and handle products only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We reserve the right to reduce a refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what would be permitted in a retail store.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, or proof that the goods have been returned (whichever occurs first), we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound shipping. Additional costs arising from the selection of expedited or premium shipping methods will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized, personalized, or other products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable law.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, the applicable return or withdrawal policy will apply.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are provided only where required by law, under the EU / EEA / UK Right of Withdrawal described above, or in circumstances approved by Valfré at its sole discretion.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before a sale, promotion, or discount event.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact cs@valfre.com as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging
If the item is available, we may provide a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights provided under applicable law.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier and cs@valfre.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to investigate the issue where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.
LEGAL DISCLOSURES
Valfré LLC reserves the right to:
• Update or modify website content, policies, and procedures at any time.
• Refuse, limit, or cancel orders at its discretion where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.
