Shipping Information

We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days. However, processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or new product launches. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Free Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $250 USD.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS, except to the following countries:

  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Cuba
  • North Korea

Important Notes:

  • International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees.
  • Delivery issues with international couriers must be handled directly with the courier.
  • While most packages arrive without issue, international shipments may experience delays beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Final

Due to the limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final with the following exception:

  • Apparel items are eligible for exchange or store credit only if they do not fit.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at cs@valfre.com within 2 business days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after this window will not be eligible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under approved circumstances and will be credited to your original payment method.

  • We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before a sale or promotion.

Broken or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at cs@valfre.com within 2 business days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • If the item is in stock, we’ll send a replacement.
  • If not, you will receive store credit, including the original shipping fee.

Requests made after 2 business days are not eligible for exchange or credit.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is safe and secure.

  • We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
