Return / Exchange Policy
At Valfre, we take great pride in the quality of our products and we are 100% devoted to offering a great customer experience! That's why if you don't like your item for any reason (didn't fit or defected), simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you a return label to ship it back to us FOR FREE! (For US customers only and excluding sale items)
Please note that we are unable to offer return labels for international customers. Please notify us at email@example.com if you are an international customer and have an issue with your order.
The Fine Print:
- Returns/exchanges can only be made within 30 days of receiving your package. If 30 days have passed since you received your package, we cannot issue a refund or exchange your merchandise.
- Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in 'good as new' condition
- Include a completed return form explaining the problem
- We can only issue your refund once your return has been received. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order. We can also offer you a store credit worth the amount of your item (let us know if you prefer a refund or store credit). Your credit code will not expire and you can use it anytime your heart desires!
-You will be charged a 20% restocking fee if the item is returned without it's original packaging or tags.
All Sale Items Are Final. We cannot refund or exchange any items placed during a sale and will not do price adjustments.
